***** JASPAL SINGH, J.(Oral) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought direction to the official respondents No. 1 to 5 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner, at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 15 and further direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to register a criminal case (FIR) against the private respondents and to investigate the matter.

In response to the notice of motion issued by this Court, official respondents has already filed a reply way of affidavit of Sh. Om Parkash HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ganaur. 3.

     inquired into but no cognizable offence has been found to be committed by the person belonging to village Panchi Jatan. However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances, proceedings under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C. were initiated against respondents No. 7 to 10.

In view of the fact that during inquiry no cognizable offence is found to have been committed, the instant petition has rendered infructuous so far as the relief with regard to the direction to official respondents to register the FIR is concerned.

As far as direction sought by the petitioner to protect the life, liberty and property is concerned, the official respondents are directed to consider the threat perception qua the petitioner and his family members and if something is found positive, to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members.
