The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.105 dated 20.06.2020 registered under Sections 336, 506, 147, 149 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 307, 341, 148 IPC added later on) at Police Station City-1, Mansa, District Mansa.

By an order dated 09.07.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Sukhminder Singh submits that petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 09.07.2020
