This is a petition under Section 12 read with Section 2-A of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in CRM-M-1757-2025.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Param Deep Singh, SHO Police Station Meharban, Ludhiana, has pointed out that the representation has been decided as per the report of the ACP (East) Ludhiana dated 04.02.2025.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners' states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.
