This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 570 dated 20.06.2017 under sections 379 IPC read with section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act 1960 at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 11.10.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 11.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
