(Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.65 dated 23.10.2015, under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City-2 Abohar, District Fazilka (later on challan has been filed under Sections 363, 366-A, 368, 376, 212 and 120-B IPC and Sections 3 &4 of POCSO Act, 2012.

On 21.11.2016, the following order was passed by this Court: - "Rupinder Kaur (daughter of the complainant) is present in Court and states that her date of birth is 27.02.1999 and she had accompanied the petitioner at her own free will and she wants to go with the petitioner. She further states that she does not want to go back to her parental house as she apprehends danger to her life from them.

Gurjant Singh (petitioner) is present in Court along with his mother, namely, Amarjit Kaur and he states that he will take Rupinder Kaur to some Naresh Kumar 2017.02.09 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view of above facts, prosecutrix will accompany the petitioner from the Court itself.

On the next date of hearing, the investigating officer shall inform the Court with regard to the status of the parties." Today, complainant-Rupinder Kaur, has met her parents and stated that she is happily residing with Gurjant Singh. Learned State counsel has placed on record the statement of Rupinder Kaur, daughter of complainant, wherein she stated that she has accompanied the petitioner on 21.11.2016 and they are jointly residing happily. She has no objection to reside with Gurjant Singh. Keeping in view the above facts, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by way of order dated 21.11.2016, by this Court, is hereby made absolute.
