(Oral) CRMs No. 12674-75 of 2015 Application is allowed as prayed for and copy of FSL report (Annexure P-30), copy of compromise (Annexure P-31) and affidavit of Kulwant Kaur (Annexure P-32) are taken on record, subject to just all exceptions.

CRM-M-35356 of 2014 Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent no. 2 has filed affidavit of Kulwant Kaur admitting the compromise reached between the parties.

CRM-M-35356 of 2014 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that respondent no. 2 is a NRI and residing in Washington D.C. in U.S.A. It is further submitted that respondent no. 2 would prepare power of attorney with regard to making statement on her behalf in the said petition that may be filed based on the compromise. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with the liberty, as aforesaid.
