CRM-M-35356 of 2014 Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent no. 2 has filed affidavit of Kulwant Kaur admitting the compromise reached between the parties.

It is further submitted that respondent no. 2 would prepare power of attorney with regard to making statement on her behalf in the said petition that may be filed based on the compromise. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with the liberty, as aforesaid.
