This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 226 dated 15.08.2017 under sections 22, 25 of the NDPS Act IPC at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, district Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 21, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 21, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
