Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CRM-900-2015 Prayer in this application is for placing on record the statements and the order as Annexures P-8 to P-10. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, the same is allowed. Annexures P-8 to P-10 are taken on record. CRM-M-35362-2014 Learned counsel contends that the present criminal litigation has arisen out of a matrimonial dispute and during pendency of the investigation, complainant/wife, Sarabjit Kaur, had sorted out her dispute and effected a compromise with the petitioner. Criminal Misc.No.M-35362 of 2014 (O&M) [2] petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed in which first motion has already been issued and the case before learned District Judge, Bathinda, is pending for second motion for 14.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Harvinder Singh, Police Station, City-II, Mansa, very fairly concedes that during investigation, the complainant has tendered her affidavit disclosing the fact of compromise with the petitioner and as such, she has no objection if the pre-arrest bail is granted to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
