NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Charan Singh, Police Station, Harike, District Tarn Taran, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order dated 14.10.2015, Gurmeet Kaur (petitioner No.2) had joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required by MEENU 2015.12.09 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Learned counsel for the informant though opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner No.2 but could not justify the ground on which her custodial interrogation is required. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued vide order dated 14.10.2015 passed by this Court qua Gurmeet Kaur (petitioner No.2) are made absolute.

Petitioner No.2 shall join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
