(Oral) On 17.05.2022, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that he would not press the present revision petition, however, he prays that he may be granted some time to vacate the premises inasmuch as the petitioner is running an institute for girls under the name and style Dolphin International Academy at the premises. Notice of motion only to that limited extent returnable 25.05.2022.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondent through the counsel representing him before the Court below.

CR-1952-2022 (O&M) -2Parties are present in the Court and are duly identified by their counsel.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from his client, states that he would be agreeable to grant the petitioner 06 months time to vacate the premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would require a minimum period of two years to vacate the premises. In view of the fact that the present petition is not pressed on merits and that there is no meeting of minds between the counsel and parties regarding the time to vacate the premises, the present petition is disposed off as not pressed granting the petitioner a period of 05 months to vacate the premises. The premises shall be vacated by the petitioner on or before 28.10.2022 subject to payment of arrears of rent upto date within a period of one month from today and future rent by the 7th of every month @ Rs.10,700/- per month. It is made clear that in case the arrears of rent are not paid within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order, the respondent shall be at liberty to initiate proceedings in accordance with law and the present petition would be deemed to be dismissed in toto. Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
