Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR NO.130 dated 21.11.2015 under Sections 452, 323, 427, 380, 506, 148, 149 IPC, PS Dhariwal, Distt.Gurdaspur. As per allegations the accused party is alleged to have entered the house of the complainant and inflicted injuries while stealing 05 tolas of jewellery and Rs.25000/- in cash. CRM-M 3619/2016(O&M) It was contended that the main dispute is regarding collection of alms within a specified area and the accused party prays for one opportunity to amicably settle the dispute between two groups of eunuchs.

At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter stands amicably settled vide compromise (P-4) and the petitioner has also joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that parties have inked a compromise deed dated 22.3.2016 and as such he has no objection if the anticipatory bail is confirmed. In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 1.2.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
