NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 0108 dated 02.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, because vide judgment dated 08.08.2022 rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, all the accused have been acquitted in the aforesaid FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
