Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 120 B IPC at Police Station, Longowal, District Sangrur vide F.I.R No. 88 dated 9.8.2014.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Harmit Singh, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated 14.10.2014, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, interim order dated 14.10.2014 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
