CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- Mr. Rahul Sharma, Advocate for Mr. B.S. Bhalla, Advocate for the appellant. None for respondent No. 2.

Mr. Punit Jain, Advocate for respondent No. 3. *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he is not in contact with the appellant and is unable to contact him. Correct address of respondent No. 1 could not be filed. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.

2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
