[The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual Court] The petitioner has assailed the validity of the orders dated 13.9.2019 (Annexure P-4), 26.6.2020 (Annexure P-11) and 09.06.2020 (Annexure P-12) as also the proceedings dated 11.09.2020 (Annexure P-7) whereby inter alia she is denied to raise construction over an alleged commercial site. Notice of motion is yet to be issued.

Vide order dated 9.7.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner was asked to refer to the provisions of the Act under which the site plan submitted by petitioner was sanctioned, order passed by respondent no.4 for suspension of the site plan and its ultimate cancellation.
