Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 201 dated 7.8.2015 under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Phillaur, Jalandhar.

Heard.

In the present case, one gunny bag containing 20 kilograms poppy husk was recovered from the premises of the petitioners. Since in the present case, the contraband was recovered from the premises of the petitioners, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made out. Dismissed.
