Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 498-A/34 IPC vide FIR No. 132 dated 5.5.2014 at Police Station, Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that trial of the case is almost complete and the case is fixed for final orders today itself. Under the circumstances, no case is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.
