Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 26 dated 04.02.2010 registered under section 420, 408 IPC and section 174A IPC added later on at police station Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

On the last date of hearing learned State counsel was asked to assist the court. Mr. Gaurav Dhir, DAG Haryana submits that petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender and thereafter challan was submitted against him.

FIR was registered way-back in the year 2010. Petitioner has evaded the process of law for a considerable period. Under the circumstances, no case for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise is made out. Dismissed.
