**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking quashing of FIR No.432 dated 05.12.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa, under Sections 346 and 365 of IPC as well as order dated 04.03.2023 whereby trial Court has directed the Investigating Agency to conduct further investigation. Mr.Shiva Khurmi, learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that police after completing investigation filed cancellation report, however, the trial Court vide impugned order dated 04.03.2023 returned the cancellation report with a direction to conduct further investigation. The matter is under investigation and appropriate report would be filed within two months from today. In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
