Pursuant to order dated June 29, 2021, report from the trial court has been received. Learned state counsel submits that out of total 63 witnesses cited by the prosecution, about 34 have been examined and 12 have been given up. She assures the court that prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after some more prosecution evidence is led. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
