M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Vide impugned order dated 17.9.2014, Annexure P8, the revisional Court while setting aside the order under Section 145 Cr.P.C., has remanded the case back to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gurdaspur, for fresh order on the calendera under Section 145 Cr.P.C., after giving opportunity to the parties to produce evidence to substantiate their respective claims regarding possession. Four months time has been given to do the needful. This petition is disposed of as pre mature at this stage, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
