On the instructions of SI Dalbar Ali, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the police record. The allegations, on the basis of a secret information, against the petitioner are that he indulged in determination of sex of unborn children at a particular ultra sound centre. It has been informed that the petitioner is not involved in any other case of similar nature. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 6.10.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
