As per the reply filed by the State, it appears that the police has prepared cancellation report, which is to be filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction. The counsel petitioner made prayer that in these circumstances he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy including filing of protest petition.
