Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.41 dated 21.05.2021, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala, under Sections 326, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149, 295 and 379 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on). Vide order dated 26.07.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
