(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dharmender Singh, Police Station Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur submits that the police has prepared the cancellation report which is likely to be submitted within few days before the trial court. Keeping in view the stand of the State and that nothing survives in the present petition, the same stands dismissed. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
