v.

State of Punjab

....

Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Suresh Kumar Arya, Advocate for the petitioners. .....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.58 dated 28.02.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC at Police Station `A'-Division, Amritsar, District Amritsar. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per the prosecution version Bhupinder Singh has given forged power of attorney to his son Amritpal Singh and got executed the sale deed of the plot of the complainant. At the time of arguments, it has been brought to my notice that the property has been sold to Davinder Kumar. Keeping in view the serious allegations against the present HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2018.08.27 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-36343 of 2018 [2] petitioners regarding forging of documents etc. and selling of plot of the complainant to Davinder Kumar and the fact that they are required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioners are entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
