(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.252 dated 30.09.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 494 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar.

Vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Baldev Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
