(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been cheated of a huge amount of Rs.4.57 crores by respondent No.10 and that although he has submitted a representation dated 14.3.2022 (Annexure P-3) to various authorities of the police, but to no avail. It has been submitted that the said representation was initially being inquired into by Deputy Superintendent of Police (Narcotic Cell), Hoshiarpur (respondent No.7), but for reasons best known to respondents, now the matter has been transferred to AIG, NRI, Jalandhar (respondent No.5).
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition and while noticing that representation dated 14.3.2022 (Annexure PMOHAN SINGH 2022.05.12 05:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

3) has been submitted recently i.e. on 14.3.2022, it is directed that in case the said representation is still pending before respondents No.5 or 7, the same be got examined at the earliest and the matter be taken to some logical conclusion expeditiously.
A copy of this order alongwith copy of the representation dated 14.3.2022 be sent to AIG, NRI, Jalandhar (respondent No.5) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Narcotic Cell), Hoshiarpur (respondent No.7) for necessary compliance.
