Mr. P.K.S. Phoolka, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. P.S. Grewal, DAG, Punjab for respondent No.1.  1.

Admittedly the FIR No.168 dated 29.12.2013 was registered under Sections 148,307,323,324,452 and 506 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC for short). Offence under the Arms Act was also there. However, during investigation, all offences besides those under Sections 323,324 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC were deleted.

In terms of order dated 17.10.2014 passed by this Court, statements of complainantinjured Inderjit Singh and injured Gursahib Singh were recorded. Out of the petitioners, Gurpreet Singh and Gurpinder Singh were present, who also made their statements before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout (SDJM for short). The court also recorded his satisfaction that the statements made there were voluntary and the compromise was without any threat or undue influence. No other criminal case is pending against either of the parties as stated by SDJM, Malout.

Counsel for the parties have stated at bar that the matter has been compromised.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) ISHWAR SINGH GARHWAL 2015.03.30 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-35462 of 2014 (O&M) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the above said FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
