We have observed that the authorities concerned do not decide the applications, which are pending with them for many years, which caused financial loss and also loss of revenue to the State, hence the amount in question is to be refunded alongwith interest. We, therefore, direct that the refund application be now decided expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today and if the refund is required to be given, the same shall be released in terms of the Rules.
