NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the trial is going on, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the issues before learned Trial Court to show the faulty investigation and to pass an appropriate order for further investigation etc., in accordance with law.
