(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 194 dated 01.10.2009 registered under Section 382 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. When this case was listed on 19.01.2015, following order was passed:- "Notice of motion for 10.3.2015.
To be heard along with CRM No. M-122 of 2015.
In the meantime the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court and submit his bail bonds which shall be accepted by the trial Court to its satisfaction." In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 19.01.2015 is made absolute and the bail bonds furnished by petitioner before the trial Court would continue during the pendency of the trial, subject to the condition that the petitioner would keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date that may be fixed by the trial Court, failing which the trial Court is at liberty to cancel his bail.
