This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 26.07.2023 passed in CWP-9295-2023. 2.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 26.07.2023 passed in CWP-9295-2023 has been complied with as speaking order dated 19.06.2024 (Annexure R-1) has already been passed by the competent authority and ACP scale and requisite promotion have already been granted to the petitioner. Even the arrears arising therefrom have already been paid to the petitioner. Copy of compliance report by way of affidavit of Sudhir Rajpal,Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Health Department, Chandigarh to that effect, has already been placed on record.

Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.

However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unredressed, he would be at liberty to raise the same in any other alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
