NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Parmel Singh, Police Station, Barnala, submits that after reference by the learned Magistrate for further investigation, the same has been completed and the police file has been sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, for seeking his approval for

CRM-M-35407-2015 -2presentation of the cancellation report.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.

Learned counsel for the State as well as the counsel representing respondent No.2 has no objection to the above prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
