(ORAL) Prayer in the instant second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Harbant Singh in case FIR No.92 dated 23.06.2018 registered under Section 408 and 420 IPC at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar (Punjab). Heard.

This petition is dismissed being not maintainable in view of serious allegations of committing fraud worth more than Rs.3.00 crores by the petitioner. In earlier order dated 30.07.2018 passed in CRM-M-31833 of 2018, it has been specifically observed that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessarily required to unearth the fraud committed by him.
