This petition has been filed under Section 439 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.120 dated 19.12.2022 registered under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 7 months. The petitioner and co-accused were travelling together from whom commercial contraband has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
