ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks quashing of impugned result dated 10.04.2022 (Annexure P-4), whereby she has not been selected for the post of Staff Nurse (category No.10 and 19), claiming to have secured more marks than the last selected candidate in the respective category. Further prayer has been made for grant of additional 05 marks under the socio-economic criteria.

On 07.09.2019, respondent-Commission advertised 4322 posts of various departments/boards/corporation including 1608 of Staff Nurse under category No.10 & 19, 302 posts were reserved for SC category. Petitioner being eligible applied for the post of Staff Nurse under category No.10 and 19. She appeared in the written examination on 25.07.2021. Being successful, she was called for scrutiny of documents on 26.10.2021. Final result was declared on 10.04.2022. Petitioner secured 41 marks whereas the last selected candidate in the category scored 46 marks. Petitioner was not given 05 marks under the socio-economic criteria and therefore, she approached the department but till date she has not been granted the said marks.

In the premise, petitioner submitted representation dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-5). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law. 8.

Let the needful be done within period of four weeks from today.

Disposed of.
