PC was for directing official respondents to conclude investigation and take action as per law in case FIR No.297 dated 14.10.2013 under Section 376-(2)(G) PS Nakodar,Distt.Jalandhar. At the time of hearing learned State counsel submits that investigations have been completed and challan presented in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present petition has become infructuous.
