The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. On the previous date of hearing i.e. 07.05.2024 Mr. Nayandeep Rana, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and had stated that he had instructions to appear in the matter and had sought time to move an application for impleading the legal representatives of deceased appellants No.1 and 6. 2.

Today though Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate for Mr. Nayandeep Rana, Advocate is present in Court he, however, he states that he has no instructions in the matter. Requisite application for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased appellants No.1 and 6 has also not been filed till date.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2024.05.28 21:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
