******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that complainant has gone abroad and will return in January, 2019. This is a petition, wherein quashing of FIR No. 46 dated 21.04.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, has been sought on the basis of compromise.
