 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 522 dated 19.09.2015 under Sections 279, 304A IPC, registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal (P1) and chargesheet dated 27.01.2016 (P2) as well as subsequent proceedings arising out from the above said FIR, on the basis of compromise (P3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Appellate Court at an opportune time.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, with liberty as aforementioned.
