Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that CWP No.9852 of 2019 filed by similarly situated petitioners, claiming identical relief has been disposed of by a coordinate Bench today.

CWP No.10179 of 2019 [2] No.1 and Mr. Nimanyu Gautam, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No.2. Memo of Appearance, filed in Court today, are taken on record subject to just exceptions.
Learned counsel for the respondents affirm and verify that similarly situated petitioners in Civil Writ Petition No.9852 of 2019 have been allowed to take supplementary examinations to be concluded by 28.05.2019. Thereafter, the petitioners therein have been permitted to take the special examination to be held in June/July, 2019 subject to their clearing the requisite examination. An assurance was extended by the respondents that all efforts would be made for declaring the results as soon as possible. It is submitted that there is no objection in case this petition is disposed of in the same terms. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition.
Petition is accordingly disposed of in the same terms as in CWP No.9852 of 2019.
