Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.RT/157/03-02-2011 titled as "Pritam Singh Vs. Neena Sharma & Ors.", under Sections 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 04.09.2015, due to her illness, petitioner could not appear before the trial Court. Petitioner had moved an application for exemption of her personal appearance on medical grounds. However, the said application was declined by the trial Court and non-bailable warrants of arrest of the petitioner were issued. Learned counsel has further

Learned counsel has submitted that petitioner has almost concluded his defence evidence.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within one week from today, she be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
