(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 149 dated 11.07.2018 registered under Sections 353, 186, 323, 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 21 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Chheharta, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 24.08.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
