At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the identical issue raised in the present intra Court appeal has already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1104-2025 titled as The General Manager Telecom vs. Presiding Officer & Another, on 21.04.2025. He submits that the present intra Court appeal may also be disposed of in view of aforesaid decision.

In view of the above, the present intra Court appeal is disposed of in terms of aforesaid decision in LPA- 1104-2025 (supra). 4.
