***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for setting aside order dated 27.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jind, whereby evidence of revisionist Ram Kala (respondent No.1 in election petition) has been closed.

Respondent No.1 herein, namely, Om Parkash filed an election petition before learned trial Court under Section 176 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 for setting aside election of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat village Malvi, Tehsil Julana, District Jind, which was held on 24.01.2016, in which revisionist Ram Kala was elected Sarpanch. 3.

None appears on behalf of revisionist, even on second call. 4.

Petition is dismissed in default.
