(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the investigation of FIR No.12 dated 11.01.2023, under Sections 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Police Station S.G.M. Nagar (Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Nagar), be transferred from district Faridabad to any other district in Haryana, on the ground that the petitioner and her daughter are being harassed by the Investigating Agency. 2.

However, learned State counsel has informed the Court that the allegations are vague and evasive and in fact the cancellation report under the said FIR has already been filed on 20.03.2023. PARUL 2023.04.28 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and withdraws the same, with liberty to resolve the issues before the Court of competent jurisdiction while contesting the alleged cancellation report.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
