ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of bail in anticipation of arrest in FIR No.126 dated 26.08.2016 registered under Section 381 IPC at Police Station Division No.I, District Jalandhar. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Satnam Singh, submits that the petitioner has already been declared as a proclaimed offender and has placed on record a notice issued by the trial Court intimating the SHO, Division No.I, Jalandhar that the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. Counsel for the State further submits that 02 co-accused of the petitioner have already been arrested and challan has been presented against them. In view of the above, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
