(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties as well as the parties, who are present in Court, are ad idem that the present revision petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Family Court to decide the custody matter expeditiously. It is further agreed that from 25.03.2023 to 30.03.2023, the respondent-father shall visit Chandigarh and would spend time with the minor child from 11.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. daily. The respondent-father shall spend time with the minor child as he likes, however, he would not take the child outside the Tri-city limits. The minor child will be picked up from his residence i.e. House No.2040, Sector 63, Chandigarh at 11.00 a.m. and shall be handed back to the petitioner-mother at 07.00 p.m.

on the above mentioned dates. Thereafter, every alternate weekend i.e. Saturday and Sunday, the respondent-father shall visit Chandigarh and similarly spend time with the minor child from 11.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. In view of the statements made by the parties as well as their counsel, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Family Court to decide the custody matter expeditiously. CR No.1867 of 2022 -2Meanwhile, the arrangement as agreed between the parties as mentioned above shall continue. It is made clear that during the above mentioned period, in case the minor child has any tuition on any of the days, the respondent-father shall ensure that the child is taken for tuition and also picked up from there accordingly.
