ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.41 dated 19.07.2017 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Mehal Kalan, District Barnala.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the orders dated 21.09.2017 and 20.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Inayat Khan, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
